Regarding our stay in apartment, I have to say it was fantastic. My wife and I achieved our goal of living in Paris for a month as locals, since we had already visited the city twice as tourists. The location is perfect. The apartment has everything you need and even more. The owner provided all the assistance, including putting us in contact with an acquaintance of his who spoke our language, which helped us a lot with the check-in and check-out. Everything was perfect.

Le propriétaire a été honnêtement l’une des personnes les plus gentilles que j’ai rencontrées, et c’était vraiment difficile de partir. L’appartement était très chaleureux et avait absolument tout ce dont j’avais besoin pour un séjour confortable.

This rental was an absolute dream! The location could not have been more perfect as it was just a short walk from arc de truimphe. Everything from cleanliness to the sweet landlords made my stay so amazing. I will definitely stay here again!

Bon séjour. L'appartement est propre et situé dans un quartier agréable, proche des stations de métro. L’appartement est au 6e étage sans ascenseur.

The location and the appartment are suitable for a longer stay in Paris. I've enjoyed my stay.

The apartment is excellent. In a super safe apartment block with great amenities. The only downside for me was that only the frying pan was compatible with the stove, so as a result, a lot of cooking was hampered by this. It was a personal choice as I did not want to purchase a cassoulet for the apartment. Very clean, quiet, excellent wifi and close to transport and walkable distance to major landmarks. Good communication most of the time from PA, however, the cleaner was cancelled so the clean was a basic domestic clean and not a deep clean. I hope they will be able to do that for the landlord
