Mon séjour au 62 Rue Riquet était parfait. L'appartement est en excellent état, moderne et très proche du canal. Il offre de nombreuses possibilités d'aménagement pratiques et agréables, et il est très calme la nuit. Honnêtement, j'ai adoré cet appartement et la propriétaire formidable. Je le recommande vivement!

Un si bel appartement, paisible et plein de lumière, dans un excellent emplacement, avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un merveilleux séjour. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse - un grand luxe ! - et la meilleure douche de la planète ! Va rester là-bas !

This was an absolutely perfect apartment for a month in Paris and the owner could not have been more responsive and wonderful to work with. Great location within walking distance of everything you could possibly need and overlooking one of the best bakeries in Paris. Just an overall amazing experience.

Great location and wonderful owners. They are very helpful and responsive to any concern or question you might have. This is a small studio but very well organized and easy to move around in. Just perfect for a single person.

I had a wonderful stay. I adored the apartment . Great Parisian building . Perfect place and facilities .perfect amenities. I felt energised in the area great vibe very safe very accessible .all my needs were met.. so much life happening around the apt. The owner is lovely &professional. The building had great maintenance. Clean and cared for . I appreciated and cared for the apt like my own. (I didnt mind, I didn’t see it in the listing but note it’s a 5 floor walk up) it didn't bother me as it was all just Wonderful.

Rental on rue Amelot We spent two and a half weeks in this lovely apartment. Everything in it was as advertised. The furniture was comfortable, especially the bed. The kitchen was well supplied. The refrigerator is a smaller French model but there are several grocery stores and a street market nearby. One grocery is less than a block away. The refrigerator certainly was large enough for the two of us. There is a spectacular patisserie around the corner, several excellent restaurants in the area and Place de la Bastille is an easy walk. There are several Metro (subway) stations, one a half block away. The building has a gated entry. Your digital key opens into a peaceful courtyard which opens into a lobby with stairs and two elevators (lifts) all of which work from your digital key so it's very secure. The concierge is just down the hallway from the apartment and she is very friendly. We met several other tenants of various ages and all were most pleasant. There is a little office area that is very useful. It's between the bedroom and bathroom and hard to see on the web site but a great place for recharging your electronics or doing any work you may need to do. You will find plenty of storage space. The washer and dryer are the same machine. We didn't try the dryer because there was a drying rack that we used. The location is right in the heart of Paris. We could walk to many sights and the nearby subway quickly took us anyplace else. We particularly enjoyed the short walk to Place des Vosges, arguably the most beautiful square in Paris. The Carnavalet Museum is just past that and is free. We've rented from Paris Attitude several times and it's always been a good experience. Their Customer Service is wonderful. We plan to use them again and highly recommend them.

Was exposed to quite literally lethally high levels of CARBON MONOXIDE at this apartment. I was told by that allegedly there was a prior ventilation issue that was never properly addressed at the apartment that preceded my tenancy -- hence, the CO incident. After the CO incident happened, I went about six weeks without hot water till I finally moved out, & the landlord was absolutely miserable to deal with every single step of the way. Even though he gave me a month off of the rent given there was no hot water/the ventilation issues weren't addressed, he still spitefully took 200 euros off the security deposit at the end for 'cleaning,' though he refused to provide any justification for doing so and obviously there was no hot water to do a deep clean with. Paris Attitude reached out to say that unfortunately the only option to try to get the 200 euros back would be to embark on a full legal process. The apartment is perfectly located and otherwise 'nice,' spacious, etc., but it was a total nightmare at the end to deal with this landlord when he had to be responsible for a serious issue. I'd highly recommend making sure the apartment is truly safe if you want to move in to the apartment - that repairs have been made & there's a working CO monitor that picks up all levels of potential CO exposure.

The apartment is very comfortable, clean, nice amenities and in a very nice quartier. The owner is accessible, responsive, nice, and professional.
