This small studio was perfect for me in so many ways. It is small size, but it is perfectly organized, with kitchen, bed, desk, washing machine, seating area, and bathroom. Plenty of storage space, and great central Paris location, close to Metro and bus and, of course, the Seine! The owners are very responsive and kind, good communicators, and easy to work with. I was here for over one year and found it just right for my needs. Thank you!

Mouloud was fantastic, he answered all of our questions and provided a very thorough inspection. The apartment was not as clean as we anticipated and there was a lot of stuff from other tenants that we had to deal with.

Nous avons pris contact avec Paris Attitude début juin pour une location d'un studio à Levallois-Perret. Toutes les démarches administratives ont été faites et notre bien a été loué début septembre pour une période d'une année. Le contrat "Prestige" nous dispense de bien de tâches (ménage, état des lieux, inventaire..), et nous procure une réelle tranquillité.
