Bonjour, I have leased apartments in Paris since 1990. ParisAttitude has always been my agency of choice for more than 36 years. All of my agents, owners, and associated persons have always been pleasant and professional. We go to Paris every year for a few months. All I need to do is contact the Agency, or an agent. They take care of all of the paperwork, so that the process to lease an apartment is smooth and easy. The agents go to the ends of the earth to find the right apartment for you. Je travaille avec Paris Attitude depuis plus de 10 ans maintenant. Ils sont très professionnels et toujours là pour aider non seulement les clients, mais aussi les propriétaires. C'est pour ça que je leur donne la note 5

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. The apartment, despite being small, had everything I needed. The kitchen is in comparison to the rest relatively big which was nice as I like to cook. The landlord was super nice and helpful and responded quickly if there was an issue. Since the apartment is facing the courtyard and on the 4th floor, it was quiet at night. The neighbourhood has everything from grocery stores, pharmacies, post office, bakeries and so on and is well connected to the city centre with Metro lines 4 and 12. The deposit was returned in full without any issues.

Hele Rau is a wonderful landlord and was very helpful.

J’ai passé un très bon moment dans cet appartement, qui est parfaitement placé juste à côté du métro et le 18ème étant mon arrondissement préféré… ça ne pouvait être que bien. L’appartement est bien équipé bien agencé et mon séjour était top!
