It's a great apartment! We lived here for a year and loved it. Everything is in good condition and there is plenty of space for two people. The building is relatively quiet and generally filled with young professionals.

Mon séjour au 62 Rue Riquet était parfait. L'appartement est en excellent état, moderne et très proche du canal. Il offre de nombreuses possibilités d'aménagement pratiques et agréables, et il est très calme la nuit. Honnêtement, j'ai adoré cet appartement et la propriétaire formidable. Je le recommande vivement!
