J'ai passé un an dans cet appartement. Il est très bien aménagé et bien desservi par les transports. Il est calme et très pratique pour se rendre au travail ainsi qu'au centre de Paris. L'agence comme la propriétaire ont toujours été réactives, aimables et prêtes à résoudre le moindre problème. Je le recommande vivement !

My daughter LOVED her stay at this Apt. The owner is lovely and very easy to communicate with! The Apt was very clean and in a fabulous location! She stayed two years and would have stayed longer if she could have stayed in Paris. Thank you, Alessandra for welcoming us and being so kind and patient!

Roger was incredibly helpful, and the handing over of the keys was super easy. When we came to a roadblock with the lock, he was so helpful and gracious with handling the situation.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement. L’emplacement est vraiment idéal : situé juste au-dessus d’une station de métro, à seulement quelques minutes à pied de l’Arc de Triomphe et des Champs-Élysées, avec tous les commerces nécessaires à proximité. L’immeuble est très calme et les propriétaires sont disponibles, réactifs et arrangeants. L’appartement est agréable à vivre, avec de nombreux espaces de rangement, ce qui est très appréciable au quotidien. Une expérience globalement très positive
