The stay was excellent. First of all, the landlady is very nice: easily communicative, helpful with any question related to the apartment, and also informative about the local area. The apartment is cute (attractive), clean, and comfortable. It couldn’t have been better for my needs. The location is nice and not far from any shopping one might do. The landlady provides shopping information, and even recommendations about places to eat, and buy.

Perfect little apartment for a temporary stay in Paris! Was surprised by just how well equipped and designed the apartment is for its size (it’s not large, but lacks a lot in there and doesn’t feel cramped). The owner is extremely responsive to any issues that might arise. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would absolutely recommend it! The owner is an amazing host—super friendly, incredibly helpful, and always available. Whenever we needed anything or had a question, he replied almost immediately and made sure everything was taken care of. The location is perfect: right in the heart of Le Marais, but on a quiet side street, so you get all the benefits of being in the center without the noise. It’s the ideal base for exploring Paris. The apartment is also very well laid out and would be perfect not only for a short stay but even for longer-term living, for example if you’re sharing with a roommate. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

An amazing and spacious apartment in a perfect location. Landlord and concierge were super nice and attentive to my needs. It gets VERY VERY hot in the summer and there is no AC, so that is something to keep in mind.
