Mouloud was fantastic, he answered all of our questions and provided a very thorough inspection. The apartment was not as clean as we anticipated and there was a lot of stuff from other tenants that we had to deal with.

Nous avons pris contact avec Paris Attitude début juin pour une location d'un studio à Levallois-Perret. Toutes les démarches administratives ont été faites et notre bien a été loué début septembre pour une période d'une année. Le contrat "Prestige" nous dispense de bien de tâches (ménage, état des lieux, inventaire..), et nous procure une réelle tranquillité.

Depuis le 7 août le locataire est installé, pas de nouvelle, bonne nouvelle... Merci.

I spent about five months in Paris, and living in this apartment made my time here incredibly special. Everything about the place was perfect — the modern bathroom, ceiling fan, beautiful interior, comfortable bed, and lovely terrace. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about it. The location is also fantastic, right in the heart of the 11th arrondissement, making it very easy to get around Paris. Most of all, André is an absolutely wonderful landlord. He is incredibly kind, always quick to respond, and was there to help whenever I needed anything. Having lived in Europe for over three years, I genuinely think this is the best home I’ve ever stayed in. If I ever come back to Paris, I would happily stay here again. Thank you so much for everything, André! Whoever gets to live in this apartment next will be very lucky.
