As a landlord ,The reactivity is much appreciated every email is replied within 24 hr , my flat is always rented no wasted time and they pay me back the rent with no delays, overall very happy with the services ,, if you looking for an agency to look after your apartment ..they are the best in Paris I tried a few in the past ,I wish I found them earlier that will have save me lots of wasted time and stress with other agencies

I had a few issues with the apartment I rented, but David was extremely helpful throughout the process. He was quick to respond, very professional, and did everything he could to resolve the problems. Thanks to his help, everything was sorted out in the end.
