My apartment is just as pictured and the payments and check-in were straightforward. The lessor has also been very friendly and communicative as well. The agent who helped me look at properties was very attentive and responded quickly.

rapidité d'intervention et résultats rapides; le problèmes est l'impossibilité d'avoir qq'un au téléphone quand on a besoin d'échanger.

An Exceptional Rental Experience in Paris with Elhadji Thiam After reading so many negative experiences about rental agencies in Paris, we were understandably hesitant to begin our apartment search. We quickly realized that finding the right rental agent was just as important as finding the right property, knowing that a trustworthy professional could make all the difference. From the very beginning, Elhadji Thiam, Conseiller commercial – Location d’appartements, exceeded our expectations. At every step, he was responsive, honest, supportive, and genuinely committed to looking after our best interests. His professionalism became especially valuable when unexpected complications arose, including an extension of the previous tenant's lease that resulted in the cancellation of our initial rental arrangement. During this stressful period, Elhadji remained attentive, reassuring, and determined to help us find the right solution. Today, we are enjoying a wonderful apartment in a dream location in Paris. Even after the rental process was completed, Elhadji has continued to answer our questions and assist us with the same remarkable dedication and service-oriented attitude. What truly distinguishes Elhadji is that his commitment to his clients does not end when the rental agreement is signed. We wholeheartedly recommend Elhadji Thiam to anyone looking to rent an apartment in Paris. He has earned not only our trust and appreciation but also our highest recommendation. Thank you, Elhadji, for making such an important transition in our lives a positive experience!

Paris Attitude is the best online company for finding apartments in a foreign country. Their website is easy to use and is filled with the information you need. The staff is great about responding to both emails and phone calls. The person i have dealt with most often is Neda. She is very knowledgeable, speaks great English, and she has been very patient with me and all my questions. If you spend time researching apartments you’ll look through a lot of different websites. That experience will make Paris Attitude look even better.
