This apartment was perfect for 2 guests. It was very comfortable and in a wonderful location. My husband and I enjoyed exploring the 2nd arrondissement. The proximity to the Seine, Tulleries, Louve, Opera, and shopping on Blvd Haussmann was perfect. The apartment is very well appointed with everything you need to feel at home. Comfortable bed, double sinks, and the jacuzzi tub were some of my favorites. The location is in a safe area and both the building and apartment security were very good. Communication with the owner was excellent.

I stayed here for about 10 months in total, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Whenever I had an issue with the apartment, the owners were incredibly responsive. The place was beautiful and right in the heart of Paris for those who want something central. I cannot recommend this place enough. The owners were the highlight of the experience.

I stayed in this apartment for two years and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is ideally located, just steps away from metro lines 2, 3, and 14, as well as a variety of grocery stores, charming cafés, and small restaurants in a lively, typical Parisian neighborhood. Despite the vibrant surroundings, the apartment itself is on a very quiet street, so there’s no noise at all. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and thoughtfully laid out, with a separate kitchen, living room, and bedroom, which made it feel spacious and comfortable. Communication with the landlord was excellent throughout my stay—always responsive and helpful whenever I needed anything. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a calm and comfortable place in the heart of Paris in a lively neighborhood.

A. est une super propriétaire et son appartement est magnifique. Les hauts plafonds et les nombreuses fenêtres en font un endroit lumineux et agréable à vivre. L’emplacement était parfait pour moi : je pouvais tout faire à pied ou prendre le bus et le métro, qui sont tout proches. Il y a plein de bons restos dans le coin, et le quartier reste calme. Encore merci à A. pour sa gentillesse !

I had the most incredible 9 month stay at 17 Rue Montmartre. The landlord was very communicative, kind, helpful, and understanding. The location is truly unbeatable. And the appartment itself is luminous, cozy, quiet, and convenient. I'd highly recommend this listing for any students new to Paris, looking for a quiet space in a safe neighborhood, close to public transport and all other daily conveniences.

L'appartement est idéalement situé : tout est à proximité en termes de commerces, restaurants et métro (deux lignes de métro à 8 minutes à pied). L'immeuble est sécurisé et calme. Le propriétaire est très sympa et très réactif. On voit qu'il veut que le locataire se sente bien.
