J'avais déjà exprimé ma satisfaction, pour la beauté et la décoration, pout moi très importante, ´tant critique d'art et pour mes filles, toutes les deux artistes.

Appartement très bien équipé, voisins très calme, quartier calme, métro au coin de la rue, propriétaires très réactifs et sympathiques

Magnifique appartement, excellente situation, proche de tous les commerces et des lignes de bus et de métro, le quartier est super sympa.

I cannot recommend this apartment enough!!! I lived here for three years and it truly felt like home. The owners were fast to communicate and answer all my questions. I had no issues with the apartment and the location was great! If you're looking for a cute apartment in Montmartre this is it!!

A remarkably light and quiet apartment in a great location. Close to the Bastille and Marais areas. Plus an abundance of restaurants (take away), cafés, supermarkets, bakeries etc all within a stones throw from the apartment.

Have rented apartments for 20 + years for. 1-2 months. This is the best considering owner, location, actual living area, and pricing is more than an excellent value. Sit and watch the elevators in the Eiffel Tower, or walk over-1 1/2 blocks. Grocery Shopping and plenty of restaurants nearby. Elevator, fantastic Concierege, good security system for building. Owner willing to go out of way to make your stay a success.

'Location, location, location' is a a core principle of real estate, and this apartment has it all in this respect. The views over Paris are incredible; the square below is a pleasant daily spectacle of market activities. Visiting Parisian friends could not believe their eyes! The apartment itself is in excellent condition, has all amenities, is well equipped and very spacious especially given Parisian housing contexts. The caretakers, 'guardiens', are very friendly and helpful. It is excellent for a longer stay. We were there for 6 months, and the neighbourhood is full of great shops and of course there is the covered market of Beauveau and the daily vegetable market which are a joy to shop. Life is significantly less expensive than closer to the city centre, though the metro is close and brings you to the more touristy areas in no time. The area is also very safe. Walking the dog late at night my wife never felt any concerns. For us, the stay was extremely pleasant and an unforgettable experience of Paris in this great 12th arrondissement.
