L’appartement est idéalement situé, parfaitement équipé et très calme. La propriétaire, est professionnelle, disponible et à l’écoute. Je recommande chaleureusement cet appartement, particulièrement bien conçu et aménagé avec goût.

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de la rue Amelot dans le quartier du Marais. Très bien situé, à proximité de la place de la Bastille et de la place des Vosges. Rue calme, bâtiment calme et sûr. Appartement confortable, grand salon, cuisine complète avec cuisinière, réfrigérateur, lave-linge et vaisselle, ustensiles tels que plats, casseroles, verres, internet. Température agréable à l’intérieur de l’appartement. A proximité plusieurs stations de métro, marchés du quartier, boulangerie, restaurants, Mc Donalds. Merveilleuse foire de légumes, poissons, fromages tous les jeudi et dimanche. J’aime Paris pour marcher et nous arrivons facilement à plusieurs sites touristiques. Nous étions moi, ma fille et mon fils et nous nous sommes installés parfaitement. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire Philippe. Et toute la procédure d’embauche par l’entreprise Paris Attitude s’est très bien passée. Super contente de mon séjour de près d’un mois.

The apartment is in a good state and has all required comforts such as: dish washer and washing machine with dryer that works really well. Communication with the landlord was good. I definitely enjoyed the apartment and my staying there.

Value for money at this apartment is excellent. The size, spaciousness and natural light all very much appreciated. I think tiny improvements could be made but only a silly person would focus on these when considering the excellent value … truly enjoyed my stay

An exceptional apartment, perfectly located with views over the gardens and beautifully renovated.

I cannot emphasize enough how much my friend and I enjoyed this apartment. Fantastic location, beautifully decorated and substantially better than comparably priced apartments that I looked at. Landlord responded almost instantly each time we needed anything and was extremely accommodating. Only thing to for future tenants to consider is that the location is at a very lively intersection in the 18th, which we enjoyed as young tenants but could be loud for people who are looking for a quieter stay.
