I really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It is very spacious, well organized, comfortable, and incredibly quiet. The street is peaceful, and the location feels very safe and relaxing. The host was very attentive, helpful, and honest throughout my stay. She was always responsive and returned the security deposit very quickly, which I really appreciated. I had a wonderful experience staying here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.

This is a lovely apartment in the heart of Paris. It is clean, safe, well-equipped and beautiful on the inside. The landlords were extremely kind, helpful, and were quick to assist me with any problem I had. The view from the kitchen and living room is amazing, and the bedroom is both cosy and luxurious.

An absolutely fantastic stay! This apartment exceeded all my expectations. Sandra is an incredibly kind and attentive host, she always responded super fast and gave me great tips on restaurants, markets, and things to do in the area. The apartment itself is a beautifully clean space in a classic Parisian building with a shared courtyard. The concierge service deserves a special mention: I'd leave my keys with them whenever I went jogging, and they'd also keep an eye on any packages I had delivered. That level of trust says a lot about how safe and well looked after this building is. It's not huge, but it's perfectly equipped for a student living alone — dishwasher, washing machine, great kitchen, fast WiFi, a Sonos speaker, and a TV with AirPlay. Heating worked great in winter, and it stayed comfortable even in September. The location is unbeatable too: Café La Perle right outside, and a Monop supermarket directly across the street. Couldn't recommend this place more, a wonderful apartment with a wonderful host!
