Everything went smooth and fast

Check in was very easy and our agent very friendly and helpful. Also, it did not take nearly as long as the estimated time. My only wish was there was more flexibility in scheduling. The only open slot was 1pm and our flight landed at 10am so we had to just sit at the airport for 2 1/2 hours because there wasn't anywhere for us to go with all of our luggage.
