Wonderful! Fully remodeled apartment apartment. Newest everything! We hope to rent the apartment for three months again next year! Lovely owner. He greeted us personally.

I had an overall great experience living in this apartment for the past three years. The apartment was clean and recently renovated when I moved in, and throughout my stay the landlord was responsive, helpful, and willing to assist whenever an issue arose. Naturally, after living in an apartment for several years, certain repairs were eventually needed. For example, the washing machine malfunctioned towards the end of my stay, and I was very pleased with how quickly the landlord responded and made sure that a replacement was arranged as soon as possible. This was generally my experience whenever something needed attention. The building itself was always clean and secure, and I had very pleasant relationships with my neighbours. The location is also incredibly central, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and public transport options within walking distance. One of my favourite things about the apartment itself was the abundance of natural light, which made it a particularly enjoyable space to live in. My only criticism would be the automatic street-facing entrance door to the building. Given how busy the Châtelet area can be, particularly at night, I personally would have preferred a more traditional secured entrance system. Overall, I really enjoyed my three years living here and had a very positive experience with both the apartment and the landlord. I would happily recommend it to someone looking for a bright, well-located apartment in the centre of Paris.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was amazing, in such a lively, lived-in neighborhood and within easy walking distance of the Seine, Le Bon Marché and La Grande Épicerie, lots of great cafés and restaurants, and plenty of shopping. There were also several convenient Metro stations nearby, so getting around Paris was very easy. We especially loved the esplanade outside, with people picnicking, kids playing in the fountains, and people reading on benches. It was such a lovely view to come home to. We stayed for a month and a half with two young children and felt so at home. The hosts were wonderful and incredibly thoughtful. They set up a baby gate for us before we arrived, had baby equipment and toys ready, and the kitchen was so well stocked. During the heat wave they checked in on us and even sent us fans when they were sold out everywhere. The apartment itself is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Staying there really let us pretend we lived in Paris for a little while. If we come back, we would absolutely try to stay here again.
