Beaugrenelle Apartments

Beaugrenelle, a modern district on the banks of the Seine

Built in the 1970s, the Beaugrenelle district has the feel of an American city with its tall, glazed towers. It is both residential and commercial, offering many options for your stay. Beaugrenelle is a mix of residential and commercial. You will see a lot of families in the area as well as businesspeople working in the glass towers. It offers every modern comfort that young, modern families and hip executives are looking for.

A modern village

The Beaugrenelle district, also known as Front de Seine, on Paris's left bank. A former industrial area, it was completely rebuilt in the 1960s and 1970s after the factories were demolished. The Tour Avant-Seine is particularly famous, having appeared in several movies. It appears in OK Patron with Jacques Dutronc and Mireille Darc, as well as in the movie Peur sur la ville with Jean-Paul Belmondo. Things to do include shopping in the district's large mall and taking advantage of the sports facilities.

The feel of an American city

The Beaugrenelle district has around twenty towers which are all approximately 100 meters and a range of architectural styles. From a short way up, you can make out designs in the paving stones. As you stroll through the neighborhood, you should look up to admire the original architecture of the towers. Some stand out for their unusual appearance, such as the Hôtel Novotel Paris Tour Eiffel with its red-framed windows, the Tour Totem made up of a stack of glassed blocks, and the Tour Cristal with its cut-out glass facades.

A station in the heart of the district

The former Beaugrenelle station was renamed Charles Michels in 2009, when it was renovated, and it is served by metro line 10. Beaugrenelle is a truly modern village that has everything you could possibly need. There are convenience stores, boutiques, recreation centers, restaurants, cafés, and more.
