When you book an apartment with Paris Attitude, you can take out an all-cause cancellation and interruption insurance. This insurance allows you to cancel or interrupt your rental in the event of unforeseen circumstances and to be reimbursed in full for the costs incurred. This service is provided by Mutuaide, a subsidiary of Groupama.

You will receive a full refund of the amount charged when your booking was confirmed (rent, service charges, security deposit, agency fees, etc.).
NEED TO INTERRUPT YOUR STAY?
You have nothing more to pay. The rents and service charges already paid for the remainder of your stay will be refunded in full.

How to subscribe to cancellation / interruption of stay insurance?
This option will be offered to you at the time of payment for your reservation.
The exact cost of the insurance depends on the amount of rent for your apartment as well as the duration of the stay.

I subscribed to cancellation/interruption insurance. How should I proceed if I want to cancel or interrupt my stay and who should I contact?
If you are already in the apartment, you must send your notice from your tenant space.
Finally, go to Trustiway and provide the "Paris Attitude" contract number as well as the "Trusti Voyage" contract type. Supporting documents will be requested.
