This insurance allows you to cancel or interrupt your rental in the event of unforeseen circumstances and to be reimbursed in full for the costs incurred. This service is provided by Groupama.

You have nothing more to pay. The rents and service charges already paid for the remainder of your stay will be refunded in full.

How to subscribe to cancellation / interruption of stay insurance?
It is possible to subscribe to our cancellation / interruption of stay insurance for any booking made with Paris Attitude.
This option will be offered to you at the time of payment for your reservation.
The exact cost of the insurance depends on the amount of rent for your apartment as well as the duration of the stay.

I subscribed to cancellation/interruption insurance. How should I proceed if I want to cancel or interrupt my stay and who should I contact?
First of all, you need to inform your Paris Attitude advisor of your intention to cancel or interrupt your rental from your tenant space.
If you are already in the apartment, you must send your notice from your tenant space.
Finally, for quick management, please visit the website www.declare.fr and enter your contract number: EVT20267014. You can submit your supporting documents and track the progress of your file.
