Paris Attitude exclusive : Your cancellation & interruption insurance, including Covid-19 coverage, offered

For any new reservation made between January 13 and May 31, 2021, Paris Attitude offers you insurance for cancellation and interruption of stay for any reason, covering in particular situations related to Covid-19 (in the event of illness or contact).

This insurance is provided by Mutuaide, a subsidiary of Groupama.

Positive PCR test of yourself or a family member

Proven close contact or quarantine

Denied boarding following temperature measurement

Travel contraindication from your doctor due to Covid-19 symptoms

Other guarantees

Serious illness of yourself or a family member

Personal injury to yourself or a family member

Death of a family member

Pregnancy complications

Theft of identity papers 48 hours before departure

Visa refusal

If you have to cancel your stay for one of these reasons, or for any other unforeseeable cause beyond your control, all of your agency fees and your deposit will be refunded. If you have to interrupt your stay, all of your rent and charges for the duration of your notice will be refunded.



In addition, if your stay should be canceled due to border closure, regional or national confinement or airspace closure, Paris Attitude will reimburse you for your agency fees in the form of a voucher valid for 12 months.

I cannot leave because I have been diagnosed positive for the Covid-19 test. Can I cancel my reservation and get a refund?
YES - You can cancel your trip and be reimbursed for all your agency fees as well as your deposit for rent and utilities.

How? You must inform your Paris Attitude advisor of your wish to cancel your stay and file your reimbursement request on our insurer's website within five working days of the event giving rise to the guarantee. Supporting documents will be requested.

My traveling companion or a member of my family has tested positive for the Covid-19 test. Can I cancel my reservation and get a refund?
YES - If your spouse, you ascendants or descendants, or a member of your close family (brother, sister, in-laws, children of your spouse..) is diagnosed positive, you can cancel your trip and be reimbursed for all your expenses agency as well as your deposit of rent and utilities.

How? You must inform your Paris Attitude advisor of your wish to cancel your stay and file your reimbursement request on our insurer's website within five working days of the event giving rise to the guarantee. Supporting documents will be requested.

France or my country of residence has closed its borders. Can I cancel my reservation and get a refund?
NO BUT - This is not an event guaranteed under your insurance contract, but Paris Attitude will reimburse you for your agency fees in the form of a voucher valid for 12 months.

The rental deposit you make when booking belongs to the owner of the apartment you are renting. Before signing your rental contract, you can ask the owner to reimburse you for this deposit if you have to cancel your stay. Your Paris Attitude advisor will indicate this on the contract.

I can no longer leave because I have been placed in quarantine on suspicion of Covid-19 infection. Can I cancel my reservation and get a refund?
YES - You can cancel your trip and be reimbursed for all your agency fees as well as your deposit for rent and utilities.

How? You must inform your Paris Attitude advisor of your wish to cancel your stay and submit your request for reimbursement on the website of our insurer within five working days of the event giving rise to the guarantee. Supporting documents will be requested.

France or my country of residence has implemented a lockdown and I can no longer travel. Can I cancel my reservation and get a refund?
NO BUT - This is not an event guaranteed under your insurance contract, but Paris Attitude will reimburse you for your agency fees in the form of a credit note valid for 12 months.

The rental deposit you make when booking belongs to the owner of the apartment you are renting. Before signing your rental contract, you can ask the owner to reimburse you for this deposit if you have to cancel your stay. Your Paris Attitude advisor will indicate this on the contract.

A member of my family is sick with Covid-19. Can I interrupt my stay and be reimbursed?
YES - You can interrupt your trip and be reimbursed for your rent and charges during your month of notice

How? You must send your leave to your landlord by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. You can send this registered letter from the La Poste website.

You must also inform your Paris Attitude advisor of early departure and file your reimbursement request on our insurer's website within five working days of the event giving rise to the guarantee. Supporting documents will be requested.

I have booked an apartment with Paris Attitude and I benefit from the cancellation / interruption insurance offered. What should I do if I want to cancel or interrupt my stay?
First, you must notify your Paris Attitude advisor to inform them of your wish to cancel or interrupt your rental.

If you are already in the apartment, you must send your landlord your leave by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. You can send this registered letter from the La Poste website.

Finally, you must file your reimbursement request on our insurer's website within five working days of the event giving rise to the guarantee. Supporting documents will be requested.

I signed a rental contract with Paris Attitude between January 13 and May 31, 2021. Who should I contact if I have a question about my cancellation / interruption insurance?
