My experience in this apartment was wonderful. The owner is very friendly and was always there to help us if we had questions about the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary commodities such as Washer-dryer, microwave/oven, iron, hairdryer, television, and highspeed Wifi. You also have a small balcony which is great for the sunny hot days. The apartment is extremely cozy and very bright and keeps the warmth when you have the heating on (and the cool during hot summer days). It is located on the 5th floor (a good way to exercise every day). The neighbors and really friendly. The apartment is conveniently located just a few meters from the Nation Metro Station which has multiple Metro lines, especially the number 1 ( which is automated, so it is always functioning). You have multiplied supermarkets at a radius of 300 meters from the place. You can also find quality butchers and bakeries. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a nice apartment in Paris. Good experience.

Laurent was very informative and responsive and overall we were very happy with him during our stay in his flat. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
