Parc André Citroën, a family neighborhood

During the 17th century, the Citroën manufacturing plants moved into the area. When they left, an immense park and a new business district developed. Today, on the banks of the Seine, the Parc André Citroën district is partly occupied by Parc André Citroën, modern office and television buildings. The other part comprises traditional streets with lively neighborhood activity. During the week, Rue Saint-Charles and Rue de la Convention offers families and singles alike the excitement of stores, cafés, and restaurants. On Sundays, residents and tourists enjoy the vast lawns of Parc André Citroën.

Parc André Citroën district is a modern part of Paris

Designed by the landscape gardener Gilles Clément, Parc André Citroën (35 acres) is part of an ultra-modern architectural development. Themed gardens and a bamboo forest surround a vast recreational lawn. Between walking and picnicking, there is a hot air balloon moored in the park to take you up into the sky! It takes 30 passengers up to a height of almost 500 feet, offering unbeatable views of the Eiffel Tower and Paris. On the edge of the district, enjoy the Aquaboulevard, a leisure complex with a water park, movie theaters, and restaurants.

Authentic shopping in the Parc André Citroën district

On the fringes of architectural modernity, Rue Saint-Charles has stylish boutiques, a renowned market, and charming food venues, such as the Cochon Rose delicatessen at number 137. It is served by the Javel-André Citroën (line 10), Lourmel (line 8), and Balard (line 8) metro stations, as well as the Javel and Boulevard-Victor (line C) RER stations.

If you are looking for an apartment to rent in Paris, we offer a wide range of rentals in the Parc André Citroën district.
