| | We stayed at Laurent s apartment for two weeks over the Christmas holidays and loved it. The apartment is centrally located and close to our favorite market street, rue Montorgueil. We cooked Christmas dinner in the kitchen and loved having a place to store our daily procurement of meats, cheeses and wines. And you can t beat the price! | |

| | Stayed a week at the apartment in early june. The location is fantastic, just a block away from Rue Montorgueil where there were many food shops, therefore we ate in frequently. Also walking distance to many places such as Opera, Marais, Louvre and we took leisurely 25-30 minute walks to Musee D Orsay and Bon Marche. Apartment is bright with high ceilings and tall windows, newly refurbished and fully equipped. We had a truly relaxing time there. | |

| | We had a great stay in this apartment, located on a pedestrian street within steps of Notre Dame, Jardins de Luxembourg and the heart of the Latin Quarter. The apartment was comfortable and updated. However, it s on a very active street at nighttime, which is fun, but also noisy until 3-4 am... Fortunately, the windows are thick and blocked out most of the noise. | |

| | My husband and I stayed in this beautiful apartment and were so very happy with it. The owner was a lovely lady who made us feel very at home and the location was really spectacular, so close to many of the sites and those that we couldn t walk to, we took the nearby metro. | | We had an amazing time in Paris! It is such a beautiful city and the people are great too! Our apartment was cozy, comfortable, and made us feel right at home. The apartment could not be in a better location, it is literally next to the eiffel tower and not too far from the metro. The apartment is decorated very nicely as well and the landlady was great. She took time to show us around the area the first day so we knew where the shops are. We would highly recommend this apartment! | |

| | We stayed in this top floor aparment in April 2009. Great location, on river bank, view of Notre Dame, half block to Metro and taxi station. Easy access to a walk by the Seine. Apartment was well equipted with high quality materials and modern appliances. A lot of restaurants downstairs, yet quiet when windows are shut.
Owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again. | |

| | We were in Paris for 1 week and this apartment was perfect. Located walking distance from the metro, we were close to everything. The owner was very accommodating. | | We had a wonderful week in Paris in this apartment! It was within blocks of several metro stations and the fresh markets, as well as many bars and restaurants. Great central location- we walked everywhere! The landlord, Msr. Claude was very nice and all went smoothly! Thanks! | |

| | A great apartment in a superb location right next to Rue Montorgueil. An easy 10 mins stroll to the Seine and many of Paris major attractions are within easy walking distance. The Metro stop at the end of the street is perfect for days when the feet need a rest as you can easily get anywhere in Paris.
The apartment is in a quiet block and is very spacious and comfortable with all the creature comforts you need. | |
