We had a very nice stay in this apartment. The area is nice and you can find all the shops you need in walking distance. The owner is really lovely and helpful! All in all we can recommend booking this apartment very much!

I just returned from staying here last week. This was a fantastic apartment! The location is perfect as it is so nearby the metro station and several buses. Very convenient! The landlord is sweet and friendly and offered helpful neighborhood information! The apartment was the perfect size for three people and even a fourth could comfortably stay there. All the amenities are great and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone going to Paris!

Bonjour Constanza, Just to say thank you again for a wonderful stay in your lovely apartment. The location was perfect, being so near the Metro and also in such a nice neighbourhood and we just loved all the little shops with the wonderful fresh food as well as all the restaurants. For my first stay in Paris, this apt was really nice. The location was great, near the metro station, buses, church, grocery stores, and "la Mairie" The landlady was very nice and did her best to accommodate us. The rooms are small but cozy. The apt could get a little cold though even with the heat on. The bathroom is pretty big and nicely renovated. In general, it was a really nice experience.

I really enjoyed staying in this apartment and the landlord was very easy to work with. The kitchen was a little cozy if more than one person was trying to cook, but it was well-equipped. One of the bedrooms does not have a wardrobe, but the wardrobe in the larger room had ample room to hang things.
