    We stayed in this apartment after another we had booked became unavailable also. Although it became our second choice we really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the furniture was comfortable. We discovered it was within walking distance of great food shopping, restaurants and a park close by. The Metro was also very close for excursions. The kitchen and equipment was suitable for preparing meals. During the warmer days the air conditioning was appreciated. While the bedroom was very small the bed was comfortable and provided for a good night's sleep. However, large people may find it difficult climbing in and out of bed. The apartment is on a main street but the noise was not a problem at night. The double glazed windows were very effective. The apartment is very light and it was great for looking out the windows in the morning to observe life in the street. The wifi work perfectly and we were able to use our Ipad for communication back home. Although it has cable TV, it did not seem to function properly, but we were not in Paris to watch TV. The only small issue was the lack of space to hang our clothes. When there was an issue with the hot water the owner's son addressed the problem quickly. One recommendation I would suggest is that the owner replace the coffee table for a small one to make a little more living space. We would be happy to rent the apartment again if we were to return to Paris and I would recommend it to travelers.

    Amelie at Paris Attitude and the owner of the apartment were both very helpful and accommodating when the original apartment we tried to book suddenly became unavailable. We would definitely rent through Paris Attitude again.
