    Paris Attitude is a real estate agency specialized in the rental of furnished apartments for periods between one week to over a year, with a primarily international clientele.

  • What is Paris Attitude’s purpose ?


    Paris Attitude is the intermediary between the tenant and the owner and is responsible for:

    - Selecting tenants that correspond to the requirements of the owners.

    - Finding apartments that correspond to the requirements of the tenants.

    We have an international team ready to meet the criteria and the requirements of both tenants and owners.

  • What services does Paris Attitude offer ?


    Our services are free of charge for the owner.

    - We are responsible for advertising your apartment and renting it out in the optimum conditions of quality and efficiency.

    - We are responsible for advertising your apartment and renting it out as often as possible at the best price  and in the best of delays.

    - We will come out free of charge to photograph your property, write a detailed description in several different languages and advertise it on our website.

    - A listing agreement (non-exclusive) must be signed by Paris Attitude and the owner.

    - We also draft the lease that you and the tenant must sign.

    - We deal with all the paperwork and  all documents needed for a smooth transaction. The agency’s fees invoice  will be sent to you.

    - The rent is paid by the tenant directly into you bank account, either by a bank transfer or through Paypal.

  • Who are Paris Attitude's clients ?


    95% of our clientele is international, and the majority of our clients are English speaking.

    It is the responsibility of the owner or a representative of the owner to be present when the tenant checks in and checks out of the apartment.

    - Our services are free of charge for the owner.

  • Do you accept apartments everywhere in Paris ?


    We accept apartments everywhere in Paris and sometimes on the outskirts of Paris such as  in Neuilly sur Seine, Boulogne Billancourt and Levallois Perret.

  • What are your apartments selection criteria ?


    • The minimum size is 15m² (square meters).
    • The apartments must be ready to move in to. They should be  in a very good condition, with all fixtures and household appliances in perfect working order.
    • The apartments must be located in Paris, Neuilly sur Seine, Boulogne Billancourt or Levallois Perret.
    • We visit and photograph all of the apartments that we advertise for rental.

  • How can I ensure a high rate of occupancy ?


    The rate of occupancy depends on the quality of your apartment, the price, how well equipped it is and the way it is presented when photographs are taken.

  • How do I declare the rent I receive ?


    Declaring  the rent depends on each owners  individual tax situation.

    For this reason we advise you to seek advice either from the tax office or a tax specialist. Your accountant should know too.


  • What type of insurance do I need to let my furnished apartment ?


    The owners must take out non-occupancy insurance with their insurance company. This is obligatory.
    For all other type of insurances, please contact your insurer.

  • Does the tenant need to have insurance ?


    Yes, the tenant must take out a multi-risk home insurance.

  • What are the advantages of seasonal furnished rentals compared to unfurnished rentals?


    Rents are around 20% higher for furnished rentals.

    Seasonal furnished rentals allow the owners to occupy their apartments whenever they like.

    The lease is a maximum of 1 year and is renewable, whereas unfurnished rentals implies a 3 year  lease.

    There are significant tax benefits.
