How quickly do I have respond to a rental offer ?
You have 24 hours to respond to a rental offer before it expires. To do this, you can accept it, reject it, or request additional information. In the latter case, once you receive the additional information, a new offer will be sent and you will again have 24 hours to accept or reject the offer.

If you let rental offers expire, your ranking in the search results may be affected.
May I accept multiple rental offers for similar dates ?
Yes, this is possible. As long as a prospective renter has not confirmed their reservation, the dates of their stay are not blocked on your calendar. So you can accept new offers for similar dates. Once you accept an offer, the renters will receive the documents needed to confirm their reservation. If multiple offers are accepted for similar dates, as soon as one renter confirms their reservation, the dates of their stay will be blocked on the calendar. Other offers will then switch to "Not Possible" status and the other prospective renters will have to find another apartment.
What happens once the rental offer is accepted by the owner ?
Once the offer is accepted by the owner, the renter will receive the documents to confirm their reservation. As long as the rental is not confirmed by the prospective renter, Paris Attitude may send new offers to the owner that he/she can also accept. Once the rental is confirmed by the renter, the dates are blocked on the calendar and the rental agreement between the owner and renter is signed.
Am I allowed to reject a rental offer ?
Yes, you are entitled to reject an offer. The main thing is to respond to the offer before it expires (i.e., within 24 hours). If you do not have enough information to accept or reject the offer, you can request additional information. This request is also considered a response. Once the additional information has been provided, a new offer for this property will be sent to you, so that you can accept or reject it.

In case of a rejection because your apartment is unavailable, remember to update your calendar. Updating your calendar is a real key to the success of renting your property. The more your calendar is updated, the better your apartment will be ranked in search results and your offers will be better targeted.
What do I do to accept an expired rental offer ?
Prospective renters need a quick response. Therefore, it is important, to optimize the rental of your apartment, to respond to offers sent to you within 24 hours maximum.

However, if you are unable to respond to an offer within this 24 hour deadline and you are interested in the offer, you may call the advisor in charge of the offer. If the prospective renter is still interested in your apartment, the advisor will send you a new offer that must be accepted within 24 hours.
What do the rental offer statuses mean ?
Respond: A rental offer has been sent but it has not been accepted, rejected, awaiting additional information, or expired. The owner has within 24 hours to respond.

Accepted: The offer has been accepted by the owner and is awaiting confirmation by the renter.

Rejected: The rental offer has been rejected by the owner.

Information request: The owner has responded to the offer by requesting additional information in order to accept or reject the offer.

Expired: The rental offer has been sent but received no response from the owner by the response deadline.

Confirmed: The offer has been accepted by the owner and the renter has made a payment.

Closed: The owner or renter have closed the rental offer, an offer that was never confirmed by the renter.

Cancelled: The owner or renter have cancelled the rental offer, an offer that had been confirmed by the renter.

Not possible: Rental offer for which the dates requested are no longer available on the calendar.
How do I get alerted when a new rental offer is sent ?
For any new rental offer, you will be alerted by email and SMS. An email is sent to your primary email address (your login email) and the SMS is sent to your primary mobile phone number (the one stored in your profile).

If you want to receive alerts at an additional email address or an additional mobile number, you can add them under the "My Contacts" tab. If you add the email address or mobile number of a third party, that person will receive the same notification as you regarding any new offers, with a link giving them access to your Owner Area without a password. This link is valid for 24 hours. After 24 hours, a login password is required. This individual will then be able to accept or reject offers on your behalf. Therefore, we encourage you to add only the email address or mobile phone number of people you trust, whom you authorize to manage your offers and ads.
How often do you recommend I update my calendar ?
A regularly updated calendar is a success factor when it comes to renting out an apartment. So we recommend that you update it at least once a month. The frequency of updates and the date of the most recent update are two of the criteria considered for ranking an apartment in the search results. Therefore, it's essential, once the availability of your apartment changes, to update your calendar. You also have the option, if no changes are to be made to the availability dates, to report that your calendar is up to date by clicking on the "Indicate that my calendar is up to date" button. Renters will then know that the dates are accurate and will be more likely to select your apartment for their stay.
Am I penalized if I cancel a rental ?
As long as the rental is not confirmed by the renter, you have the option to cancel the offer without being penalized. Once you accept an offer, the renter will receive the documents needed to confirm their reservation. We ask them to be as responsive as possible and to do this within 48 hours. If an owner regularly cancels offers just hours after accepting them, however, they may be penalized.

On the other hand, an owner who cancels confirmed offers (payment received from the renter) will be penalized in the ranking of their apartment in the search results.

Terms of Service
1. General

The Renter Area is an online service offered free of charge by PARIS ATTITUDE and available on its website via the Web and its mobile site.

The Renter Area enables Users, through the creation of a personal renter account, to facilitate their searches and management of furnished rentals by:

• MANAGING their profiles, i.e. name, date of birth, address, email, login password, phone number, uploading a photograph and/or an ID
• TRACKING their reservations (property address, online download of rental and/or agency agreements, invoices)
• CREATING news alerts
• SAVING a list of favorite apartments

These terms present the modalities and rules to follow for the proper use of the Renter Area. They shall apply to any User with a renter account who accesses the Renter Area.

Any access to the Renter Area implies full acceptance of these General Terms of Use.

Users can not create an account and use the services offered in the Renter Area except on the condition of having accepted these General Terms of Use.

By creating his/her renter account, the User hereby agrees to these General Terms of Use.

These terms shall be binding for the entire duration of access to the Renter Area and until new terms replace them.

All access to the Renter Area by the User after any modification of the General Terms of Use thereby constitutes acceptance of new General Terms of Use.

The User may at any time renounce the use of the services provided by the Renter Area but shall remain responsible for any prior use.

2. Price

Access, registration, and use of Renter Area are free.

4. Definitions
Renter area: A reserved space on the website of the company PARIS ATTITUDE, for Users who hold a renter account, where they can notably manage their profile and track their reservations at the following address: www.parisattitude.com

Renter account: A personal account created by a User, accessed with a username and password giving him/her access to the Renter Area

Cookie: A cookie is a text file that can be saved, depending on your settings, in a dedicated area on the hard disk of your computer, phone or tablet, when you visit an online service using your browsing software.

A cookie file enables the issuer to identify the computer, phone or tablet on which it has been saved during, throughout its validity period, i.e., for 13 months.

User: natural or legal person having a renter account allowing him/her to access the Renter Area free of charge.

5. Accessing the Renter Area
Access to Renter Area is gained through a username and password chosen by the User and constituting the renter account. These usernames and passwords are personal and strictly confidential. The User is solely responsible for the use of his/her renter account and for the access to Renter Area that will be conducted under his/her username and password.

The User must fill in the fields identified as mandatory. Filling out mandatory form fields is essential.
6. Use

1. The User must access via his/her renter account and navigate the Renter Area in accordance with these general terms, and in general with the instructions online.

2. The User hereby agrees to provide thorough, accurate personal information without PARIS ATTITUDE being required to verify its completeness and accuracy.

This information must be justified at the first request from PARIS ATTITUDE. The User hereby agrees to notify PARIS ATTITUDE of any difficulties regarding access to the Renter Area or in general any particular difficulty with the following address: mailto:mail@parisattitude.com

In case of errors made by the User regarding the email address entered or any other problem regarding the User's account, PARIS ATTITUDE hereby reserves the right to block access to the Renter Area until the problem is resolved.

3. The User acknowledges that access codes are personal and considered used by him/her.

4. In the event of the theft of his/her password, the User shall inform PARIS ATTITUDE electronically at the following address: mail@parisattitude.com within 24 hours of discovering the theft of his/her password.

7. Warning


1. In principle, the Renter Area is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

However, the User hereby acknowledges that the Renter Area may, and without this list being exhaustive:

- Be unavailable because of maintenance operations;
- Be modified: developments and improvements can be made, the terms of access may be modified, features may be added or removed;
- Stop, permanently or temporarily, in whole or in part.

In no event shall such modifications or inability to access the Renter Area give rise to compensation.

2. The User hereby agrees not to create or use other accounts than that initially created, without the prior written consent of PARIS ATTITUDE. Otherwise, all subsequent renter accounts may be removed.

3. The User also hereby agrees to accept the characteristics and limitations of the Internet and have knowledge of the nature of communications networks, in particular their technical performance and response times for consulting, querying, or transferring data. The User is also hereby aware that the data circulating on the Internet is not necessarily protected, particularly against possible diversions. Any disruption or damage inherent to communication networks shall constitute a force majeure event.

4. In accordance with the French law of January 6, 1978 as amended by Act No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, the User has the right to query, access, and modify/delete data concerning him/her as well as a right of opposition for legitimate reasons that his/her personal data are subject to processing, and a right to object to prospecting, particularly commercial. The User can exercise these rights by mail accompanied by a copy of a signed ID sent to the following address mail@parisattitude.com.

PARIS ATTITUDE hereby agrees to respect the privacy of its customers and also hereby agrees to ensuring that all of their personal information and data shall be considered confidential information.

The processing of files on Rental Area Users has been declared to the National Commission for Computing and Liberties (CNIL).

All the personal data of Renter Area Users is subject to electronic archiving for its entire service life and is deleted when you delete the renter account.

The User also hereby acknowledges that his/her personal data indicated on the registration form is subject to processing by PARIS ATTITUDE, the sole purpose of which is property management and trading.

5. The User, by accessing the Renter Area, accepts the use of cookies.

Only the cookie issuer can read or modify the information contained on it. The cookies used can be used to identify the services and items that the User has visited, and more generally his/her behavior in terms of browsing.

This information is useful for:
- Facilitating your browsing on our site by adapting its presentation to your display preferences (language, screen resolution, operating system, etc.) based on your computer, phone or tablet, by storing the information that you have already filled in and by implementing security measures,
- Improving our services by establishing statistics and traffic volume and the use of the various components of our website, in order to improve its usefulness and the experience,
- Adapting the advertising proposed by counting the number of users who clicked on each advertisement and by adapting our advertising depending on your experience on our site.
