• We will come out free of charge to photograph your property, write a detailed description in several different languages and advertise it on our website.
• A listing agreement (non-exclusive) must be signed by Paris Attitude and the owner.
• We also draft a lease that will be signed by you and the tenant.
• We organise for the tenant to send you the reservation fee. .
• The rent is paid by the tenant directly into you bank account, either by bank transfer or through Paypal.
