It is a really calm street located in the most prestigious, popular, active, and sparkling neighborhoods of central Paris, Saint Germain des Prés. Plenty of cafés, restaurants, cinemas, bookstores, and trendy boutiques are close to the apartment. It is walking distance to the Seine river. This neighborhood is famous for having the highest concentration of art dealers and antiques galeries of the world.
