It fully met our expectations there was nothing we did not like the location was amazing. Bruno the owner was wonderful in all regards. We would stay in the same apartment again if we need to return to Paris. A fabulous week! We found the website easy to use, the transaction was professional, we were also happy with the car service you arranged. |

The location was wonderful, the apartment was quiet, and the layout is clever. The kitchen is pretty well equipped with pots and pans, and the bathroom upstairs is very good. Bath towels, bedsheets and pillowcases were available and the beds were comfortable. And Wifi works well! |

The apartement is very clean - just like a hotel. This was a rental - not lived in by owner. Just the right amount of space for us - everything we needed. The bathroom was spectacular. Better than expected. Just steps from an excellent metro. Owner was very helpful and welcoming.
Emeline our agent was very reassuring and easy to work with.
The owner is very nice to do business with you. I would book with you again. |

The three great things about the apartment are;
1) Location...a quiet street in a fantasitc quartier
2) The apartment is very clean, and well laid out, both relaxing and functional
3) The owner, Bruno is a very fine person. Attentive and respected our privacy. A very fine man.
I want to note that Dorothee, who was my agent, provided the most excellent service. She followed through on every question I had, was prompt, diligent, and a pleasure to work with.
I m looking forward to my next trip to Paris! |

Dorothee was a great help and answered all of my questions. She also helped me to find the best apartment.
The apartment meet our needs and afforded us an opportunity to live closer to the people of France. My wife and young daughters called the apartment home. Because we were not in a hotel, we had to figure things out for ourselves.
The people who helped us were wonderfull, we would not have learned that if we were in a hotel.
We loved our apartment and the location was excellent. |

Dear Dorothee & Mr "Owner"
I am writing to thank you both for your help and hospitality leading up to and during our recent stay in Paris.
It was for us and our two daughters a trip that we will remember always. The apartment at rue des Poitevins was a great part of our trip.
After the first day it felt like home and we felt comfortable and safe there. We like to visit a foreign country without staying in hotels.
